How to Apply for an Apartment
We’re excited to help you find your next home! Follow these simple steps to apply for one of our apartments:
1. Check Eligibility
To qualify, applicants must provide proof of income showing at least three times (3x) the monthly rent through recent pay stubs or other verified income sources.
$1,100/ Month- $3,300 proof of Income
$1,500/month- $4,500 proof of Income
Please fill out the Free Pre-Qualifier Application.
2. Submit Your Application
Complete our online application form and provide the required documents:

A valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport)

Proof of income (last three pay stubs or bank statements)

Rental history and references (if applicable)
3. Application Review
Once submitted, we will review your application, including a background and credit check. This process typically takes 24–72 hours.
4. Approval & Lease Signing
If approved, you’ll receive a lease agreement to review and sign. At this time, you’ll need to pay the security deposit and first month’s rent to secure your new home.
